Someone told me that plain ol sugar will break down the cement. I have absolutly no idea if this is true, but the next time I need to clean some concrete up I will try it. Can't hurt.

The best thing we have found is to regularly clean the bowl with a wire brush and then use wet and dry from 120 grit up to about 320. The more we polish it the less it gums up. Every month we have a tools maintenance half day, usually on a saturday. Sharpen the shovels, sort the tools, clean the mixer and so on...pays off in the long run.
