Augers

I am interested in buying the auger attachment for a Toro dingo 322. I talked to a sales rep. for Ramrod awhile back who seemed to know a ton about all the different brands of mini skids. He was very candid about which attachments to buy from Ramrod and which to avoid. While talking to him he recommended I purchase certain attachments aftermarket rather than through Toro. The auger was one of the attachments that he mentioned. His reasoning was that you will get a beefier auger aftermarket. Has anyone had any problems with the Toro auger? Is anyone using an aftermarket auger with a mini skid? If so, what brand. I've tried to find aftermarket augers for mini skids through Google but nothing comes up.
