Question for suppliers?
I notice there are some material suppliers onboard at GTX.
I am wondering if there is anything that we, the people buying your goods, can do to 'stand out' to you - IE be treated preferentially with faster service, not getting stuck with the new guy, quicker deliveries, etc.
What do you look for when someone walks through your door? What sends a person to the back of the line on a busy day? Does it make a difference how we act for we all get the same service? Does it matter how we pay for your product?
I have some definite ideas about this topic. However, it could be informative to get some input from the other side of the counter.
