PLC-Landscape is an unknown quantity at this point
Strata 3D

Has anyone had experience with Strata 3D for landscape illustrations. It appears to be potentially superior to anything I've ever seen, but sometimes the websites can be misleading. I really don't like the 'cut and paste' look of virtually every 3D landscape program, they all just looks really fake to me. This Strata is the look I've been searching for....... I think.

papercutter is on a distinguished road
Interesting. I may have to download the trial when I get my new PC, BUT the output looks really similar to what I've seen arch viz artists doing with a combo of SketchUp and Piranesi. I guess it comes down to what fits your workflow.
