Fall planting

As part of a well thought out design. We think of "Fluff" the "Icing" what I am getting at is use of annuals, perennials and bulbs.

But what about the fall?

Who considers the possibilities of fall plantings of Mums, Cabbage/Kale. And to go further fall harvest displays with Hay bales, Indian corn, Pumpkins and Gourds?

Just wondering who else designs with this in mind?

Being that I am in maintenance...I am always looking for the added upsell in everything I do.

(only 1 pic per post?)
