Waynesville?

Anyone know how the market for starting a hardscape/ water feature company in Wanyesville, NC might be like?
Lots of growth?
New building going on?

RamblinRose is an unknown quantity at this point
Waynesville is a hot retirement area, with lots of second homes perched up in the mountains. Development is still pretty much booming there, so competition would be pretty fierce, but there's definitely plenty of work to go round.
