The next step

I am looking for ideas on branching out to get more commerical contracts in my area. The big Apt and condo buildings have contracters coming in from outside of the city where we are based. I will go with the fact that we are a long time local small business and have a very good reputation with 10 years of service. I could use new ideas on how to get there attention. Do I go door to door, I also want to get snow removal contracts from the same area. My residential maintenance is doing well but the lawn mowing only is not as profitable as I would like. Thanks for any help you can give.

Lanelle is on a distinguished road
Are you saying that you want to have snowplowing contracts within the District? Some of those contractors who are coming into the city for maintenance contracts won't do the snow. The time to start promoting your snow services is NOW. Many property managers won't sign yet but you need to get in front of them and put together your bids soon so you will be considered. The fact that you are already in the city gives you an edge on fast response during a storm.
PM me if you want to discuss this more.
