WalkerPlugr

I'm considering buying an aerator for my Walker. Plugr makes one specifically for Walker, but my dealer wants like $3600 for it.

Jrco has one, too. Cheaper.

Anybody have experience with either of these? If they're recommended, I'll try to find a used one.

Thanks! -Bob.

I own the regular walk behind Plugr Pl800 and it is a heck of a machine. Designed well -- solid and simple.

The JRCo and the plugr cannot be compared. The plugr is a self powered unit that uses a cam action to drive the tines into the ground. The jrco only spoons out cores. The JRCo works will when the ground is welt -- the Plugr works well ina nay situation -- even the hardest of grounds.

i have rented the walker specific plugger a number of times ....a truly superbe machine

my dealer says that there is a lot of maintenance to it(the cams)

one would need to do A LOT of aeration to purchase this unit

does your dealer rent them?

1.5 to 2 acres an hour in any type soil/wet or dry
