Jefferson Research Group
I got a call today from Jefferson Research Group, a marketing survey company apparently hired by a lawn equipment manufacturer. I wasn't real busy so I decided to help the woman out and answer some questions about the equipment I use in my business.
I don't know what this woman's problem was, but she was definitely out of her element. She stumbled through each and every question, forgot what my answers were most times, and lost her place while reading questions, she read me the same question twice!!
After about 6 questions and my not being able to understand what she was asking because of her reading abilities, I stopped her and suggested she might be better suited for another line of work. I explained that this survey was becoming increasingly difficult to understand and I was becoming annoyed. I'm actually a pretty patient guy, but this was so painful I had to put an end to it!!
