I met with an existing client yesterday to look at some work we had just done. In the process of this, my guys smashed a small lilac bush, the the client was concerned about.

I dug one that was 3 times the size out of my own yard, and took with me. Planted it before she even came out of the house.

I also took along a book, that features design ideas and plant materials. She had already added to the orginal design, and I was showing her the path stone. I showed her this book, she glanced throught it, and I left it with her.

She e mails me this morning with another $ 1700 aprox of add ons, based upon what she saw in this book. We keep a library of these book and use them this way. We can get clients to upgrade water features after they look through our books.

Good return on a $ 14.95 book.
