Drip Irrigation ....license Or Not?

Hi! Wondering about drip irrigation....IN OREGON...does an installer need to have certification to install? I know you do for hard lines, but was wondering about above ground drip systems.

Maybe I will get a response from Dale Wiley out in DILLEY OREGON on this one....."hi to my OLD NEIGHBORS, Diane and Dale and boyz....."

thanks!
