Hunter Smart Port

Has anyone ever tried to use the Hunter Smart Port on Irritrol, or Rainbird controllers? Seems to me if you found the right terminals, it would work with the remote.

Have any of you used your PC to set ICC and Pro C programs from your office? How do you like the program if so?
