biggrin First a HUGE Thank You to...

everyone on this site for helping me convince DH to do a paver patio the right way (screeding), gentlemen please do not take offense.

The patio is beautiful, we could not be happier with our work. I will post a picture in the near future.

I do have a question; is it possible to build wood burning firepit on top of the concrete pavers? I know I will need fire brick, but am not sure this is the smart way to go. I do not want to damage what we have worked so hard for.

I really would like one of the hammered copper ones, but putting it away after each use is going to be a hassle, space limitations etc.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Zimmy

Fine Edge is an unknown quantity at this point
Why put it away, once you burn a few fires in it, the new copper look isn't going to be there.

Fine Edge, I appreciate your advice, I do believe the people who are looking for copper will recognise it.
