Stained pavers

I was fertilizing some potted plants on my paver patio with granulated fertilizer. There was some spill over which left white stains on the pavers. I have tried power washing, and scrubbing to no avail. How can I remove these stains? Thanks.

You could try efflouresence cleaner, or just let it come out naturally (wait it out).

It's been almost 2 years and it still looks terrible.
