Kind of hard to tell from the scan...
What's best for an id is a pic of the plant itself as well as a closeup of a stem with leaves/flowers. A lot of plant identification is whether leaves are opposite or alternate, how they are arrainged on the stem, etc. Also, tell us a little about how big the plant itself gets & maybe a shot of the leaf next to a ruler.
I'm not the best at ID, but not too shabby, either. Maybe someone else will get it before you do those things, but if not, get those pics posted & we'll give it our best shot.
Also, you may try taking a cutting to your local ag. extension office or better nursery in the area. Might save you time...
