Blade Rosetta Outcropping

I'm a Landscape contractor out of Central Kentucky, a local concrete block manufacture is in the process of buying into the Rosetta Retaining block systems. I’m very interested in this product except I've got a couple problems that have come up.
1st. The price the local guy is quoting $35.00 per Face Foot. Michigan is quoting around $26.OO PER ff but then I'll have shipping on top of that.
Is anyone out there quoting this to your customers and what is there response?

I guess I'm fishing for a way to spin this product to my customers because the feedback from them is great, but they suffer from sticker shock.

2nd is the installation as easy as it looks on the videos and product quide. We're having a certification on Rosetta in Feb, but I want more info now.

I saw it at a local supplier. It is not what I would call high end looking, but the size of it should make it pretty competitive on install costs you would think.
