Joint Sand Stablizer

We will be installing a pool deck of dry-laid interlocking pavers. The coping will be grouted. What is the best way to stablize the sand so it stays out of the pool filtering system?
Is Sandlock that mixes with the sand better than the Surebond Joint Sealant? Or is there something else that we should use?

CountyMaterials is an unknown quantity at this point
We sell a product called Envirobond Stabalization Joint Sand and have had great reviews from my contractors. Probably 99% of the contractors that used silica sand or another polymeric sand have switched to this. They also make a crushed stone with the same idea. Rather than screenings between flagstone and tracking it in the house, they have been using this product and love it. Their website is envirobond.com and phone number is 1-8666-ENVIRO. If you have questions, they are very helpful. They are located in Ontario, Canada.
