Largest slope that will hold peastone on fabric?

Hi,
I need to do a 10 ft area sloped away from a home with peastone on top of landscape fabric. I am concerned about the stone staying put so I want to make sure the slope is right. Does anyone have any advice on this?
Thanks,
Gary

How much slope can you put on it? If it's a couple inches per foot, I'm sure it'll be fine. If it's a foot, maybe not.

I would say it is about 3ft over 21ft. So that is a little less than 2in per foot. There is a section that is about 1.5 ft over 6 ft so that is about 3 in per foot. I may have to smooth that out a bit. BTW it's for a Dog Kennel with a fence. I don't want the peastone to pile up against the fence. At least not for the next couple of years

If dogs are going to be in this, you can forget about the stone staying where you want it. Even if it's perfectly level.

Yes, I agree. Dogs will have it everywhere but at least I won't be helping them too much!
Thanks for responding with some advice.

Consider using a decomposed granite, or soemthing else that will hold together under compaction but won't be rough on your dog's feet.
