sandim is an unknown quantity at this point
fixing someone else's mess

My in-laws had a pool patio put in 4 years ago which is now starting to fail. I know the company and I know they won't come out and fix it. Can this wait until next year to get fixed? For now, it's just the edge restraint that's no longer in place. They were already out last year to fix some dips so I'm thinking maybe the whole thing should just get re-done?

Stonehenge is on a distinguished road
If they know the edge won't hold, then it can wait for as long as they need it to wait. It's hard to know whether a demo and rebuild is the best option, but if it's a constant tripping hazard, then probably.
