polymeric sand

Hello. I live in S.Ireland(cork) and I have tried to get my hands on polymeric sand but with no luck..can anyone help? ...also I am tying to get hold of SEAL LOCK to put over the patio as well..Thank you

I thought Tobermore was going to carry polymeric.
