Paver Patio Install Steps

I have done a couple of small paver patios to date, but I have used different techniques as well as different orders of installation steps. I have also read Stonehenge's tutorial 20 times. I am just about reading to lay pavers over a 350 sq. ft. patio that is pretty straight forward. There are two, 5 foot curves on one side, with the other three sides running straight. We are using Holland stones by Willow Creek in a standard Herring Bone pattern. Where should I begin? Simply lay the edge restraint along the edges, the soldier course, then begin the pattern from one corner? Or should I do it in the order listed on Stonehenge's tutorial, which seems completely backwards to me given my very simply design (unlike the intricate design shown on the tutorial). Thank you for any and all feedback.

Herringbone Pie

Is the patio near or against the house or steps? Or parallel to the house?

If so, you want to install your edge restraint on this side first and then lay your soldier course on that side only. You can start from the corner, but run the herringbone along this entire straight edge so that you are sure your pattern is at 45 degrees. Nothing looks worse than a crooked pattern where the little cut triangle pieces get smaller and smaller or herringbone at 37 degrees. You should use string lines every few courses to make sure you staying straight (or at a 45). Also make sure you are always working the pattern outward, otherwise you will be pounding paver's between each other. You'll see once you start.

Cut the curves at the end, install the rest of your edge restraint and then put the rest of the soldier course in. Serve with your favorite topping
