Anchor Wall Estimating

Anyone ever send plans to Anchor for an engineered drawing/ take off? I sent out some plans last week and was thinking that I would have something by now... Bid is due 10/3 with a stamped drawing, so I will need to get it stamped and reviewed locally before estimating it.
BTW, 500 linear feet ranging from 0 to seven feet, with one section having security fence, another anchored railings. Top load is the parking lot of a new car dealership, low end wasteland/ drain field.
It will be a challenge, but a nice change from the norm.
