I know spreadsheets will help some, but the bottom line comes down to what your crew is capable of doing. I would estimate a experienced 3 man crew for about 8 days but I can't really be accurate on that without a plan.
But only you know all the variables such as site conditions, accesibility, and other scope of work, such as bringing the patio up to grade, filling the planters with soil, etc.
Again, If your not use to this kind of work and your crew isn't, then that 8 days could become 15. I just can't help you on that one, and spreadsheets aren't going to either.
For instance, the pattern could make a difference. I've spent twice the time laying a job this year using a five piece random pattern over a 4 piece random pattern. I just didn't expect it to take that long as I have done them in the past. It was just a bear to lay. I know now why it did though, and can bet I'm going to charge accordingly for the next one.
If you want more info, give us some more info on the job so we can figure it out.
Also, what kind of crew do you have. Can they saw cut the outside perimeter with a demo saw? Or are you using a tub saw still. That alone will add a day to the job.
