to seal ornot to seal

I am currently bidding a job for an outdoor patio/bar. As this is a busy restuarant/bar I was curious as to what some of you would do regarding sealing this or not. I'll probably install the fence around the bar then install the bar over a slab(block and cultured stone) then install pavers. I have installed quite a few patios/walkways but have never sealed any of them. Any good products out there? Any do and don't's? I appreciate it. This will be my first foray into commercial work. Should be a really fun job to kick off the season.

Why are you considering sealing this time?

Re: sealers, I like Techniseal. Solvent based acrylic sealer. Dries fast. Nice finish.

As this patio is to be used as an outdoor bar at a busy restuarant I'm concerned that someone might drop a glass of wine causing a stain. I suppose that someone could drop a glass of wine on any patio I've ever done but the probability seems higher. So if you were building an outdoor patio/bar would you seal it?

Hmm.. As Fine Edge alluded to, I'd put them on the annual sealer plan.

Fine Edge, How's business in the Charlotte area? I'm thinking of relocating to the Huntersville area. These NY winters have started to get old.
