The plates are tiny on the jumping jacks and it sure isn't as comfortable as standing behind a vibratory plate tamper that pushes itself in a direction.

Actually ICPI is now "recommending" 5K for setting and 7K for base. They upped the proctor density to 98% as well.

I just took a ICPI Based course and they were talking up the 98% proctor density as well. The seminar leaders were saying anything less then 3K won't do it for longevity but 5K is what you should aim for. I heard a bit of grumbling at that one.
