Bidding on 1rst Paver Walk

Hi guys, I don't post here a whole lot but I do ALOT of reading. Since starting my own company this will be the first time on bidding on walkways using pavers. This wont be my first time laying them. Most of our patio and walkway work has been with flagstone. The customer doesn't really know what look they want right now so I will be providing them with some Unilock literature.

This job isn't by far very large being a total of only 250 sq ft. And for once access isn't a problem. So far I'm thinking this should take a day or two. This is my first time being on this end of the stick doing pavers. Based on the sq ft what would you guys charge for pavers. ( just wanting to get in the ballpark)

Im also curious as to unilock prices , wont get to talk to the distributor for a day or two so any info there would be a great help in getting this proposal rolling. w

Thanks for any advise.

Stonehenge is on a distinguished road
I usually can't give prospective clients any valuable price info based on the info you provided, and the same will be true here. Depending on site access (I know you said it wasn't a problem), the pattern/design, the pavers being used and a couple other factors, we might be anywhere from $3,000 to almost $5,000.

As for prices for Unilock pavers - you can spend anywhere from $2/sqft (Hollandstone) to $7/sqft (some of their newest stone look-alike stuff), depending on which paver you choose.

So there's lots of potential for variance in prices.

Good luck on your project!
