Synthetic grass disgust

Just seeing if anyone has had any experience with the grass company SYNLAWN.

So far, beside the guy who ripped me off on EBAY and never sent me my purchase after I paid for it, SYNLAWN has been the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Maybe just one of those wrong person, in the wrong spot, at the wrong time situations, but good lord, never, ever, ever, will I deal with them again.

I am doing my first project, and had dealt with them for about a year setting things up. They were great, sending me brochures, handouts, samples, etc. They called me, emailed me, and did all they could to help me out......

Then, I get my first job.....and WHAM.....a whole new world.

I don't even know where to start.....they promised shipment in 2 weeks, received it in 9. They promised seaming tape, never arrived. They can't ship adhesive, and, they can't give any direction on where to buy it. The product arrives, and it looks different than the samples.

As for customer support.....wow! Worthless. Both myself and client were told that our salesmen was fired due to his mishandling of the account.....then, two weeks later, I call, and he still is there, but hangs up on me.....and the product that was prepaid for, STILL hadn't been shipped.

If anyone deals with them, I'd like to know what your experiences are like.

Also, on the subject of grass, I'm wondering if anyone knows of other synthetic grass companies who make a non-infill synthetic, because that was the sole reason I was using them, which I will not be anymore.
