Design, size and weight of 'Mafia blocks'

I need to build some more material bins and I want to find some new concrete mafia blocks. I bought some last year that were smaller thinking I could only pick up about 2,000 lbs over head with my New Holland Lx885.

How large of a concrete block (cubic feet) can I pick up with the machine (no weight kit). I've been able to pick up about 2600 lbs with it before, guessing off the weight of retaining wall stone pallet. Maybe I can pick up more. How much more weight could I pick up wtih a weight kit?

What is the weight of concrete? I picked up 2x2x3 ones quite easily, I'm wondering if I couldn't pick up twice the weight.

Also - I'd like to use more substantial/larger blocks to build my new salt bin. But what should I do when I come to the end of the second/fourth course when I need a half block, since I'll be staggering the courses?

Weight of concrete - 150lbs per cubic foot. So your 2x2x3 blocks weigh approximately 1800 lbs.
