Ice melt that does the least damage to pavers

Has anyone found a ice melting product that doesn't damage pavers?

Pelican is an unknown quantity at this point
Jeff, a good quality compressed concrete paver should be impervious to ice melters. Clay pavers will deteriorate quickly from salt. Magic ice melt won't harm pavers of any type, it's a by product of beer making and is a molasses like substance that melts ice to temps lower than salt will,

Its funny, as I was just at a techo bloc seminar and the speaker said all their products are impervious to salt and that they guarantee their product 100% against any kind of salt damage for the life of their product.

Whether I believe them, we'll see. As for other products, I've seen them practically turn to sand due to salt.

We've been use a product called 'majestic' ice melt which seems to be working well.

The only product that I know is pretty much full proof is Sodium formate, which is what we used on the airport and is non-corrosive.....as $30 million jets don't like to have salt splattered all over them.
