That is nice work! Do you have the bottom of the flagstone sitting below the top of the lower step? I'm thinking it'd help prevent sliding of the flagging over the lower step tread.

I like that shadow over each riser a lot!!

Great - hopefully its helpfull,
I find when doing a series of steps, The increased riser size might eliminate the need for one whole step by the time I get to the top. at $130+ a piece for those Owen Sound step treads, It's just like print n money
and you get to use those flagstone pieces that tend to be small for a patio/walkway use
