Does your Diamond Blade Wobble?

" My blades always wobble!" "Why are my blades wobbling?" "Seems like whenever I try to cut dry, my blades wobble and spark!"...These are some of the statements I hear all the time.
When you combine knowledge with quality, you can overcome these problems. One thing I have learned in this business, is that most of the persons selling blades, really don't know what they are selling you. There are manufactured blades from US, Korea, China, Italy, etc...They all have their share of quality blades and garbage blades...It is up to the person selling these blades to get you a good quality blade...I have taken the time for the last 2 years finding which blades are of good quality, and which ones "SUCK". Myself, I only sell blades that have been field tested and approved by my customers. Here are some of the specs of my 12" and 14" blades.

Laser Welded- This important because it will allow the blade to run DRY or WET, without having segments flying through the air.

.125 core- This is important because it will cut down on the WOBBLE.

Tension Rated- This is MOST IMPORTANT because it virtually ELIMINATES Blade WOBBLE.

Diamond Bond-Determines what type of material you can CUT.
Soft bond for hard material..Hard bond for soft material.

Hope this info will help you in determing which blade will work for you...Good Luck...

For pavers and Wall units do you recommend different blade hardness?

Depending on the type of concrete used in both, whether it is fully cured or not. Uncured pavers will have the tendency of wearing a blade quicker than cured pavers. Most of your pavers and wall block are fully cured. But, in some cases where a certain color is ran for production and sent out to the site right away, it will have somewhat more abbrasive attributes than a paver thats been sitting in the yard for a while. Do you kind of understand?
In the case where the pavers are fresh or the wall block are of lite weight concrete, I would recomend a harder bond blade if you have alot of cutting to do. Most blades though will be bonded for medium to hard materials. if you need a blade for green concrete or lite weight block, an asphalt blade will do just fine......Good Luck...

Our leading paver mfg. talks about how hard and strong their pavers are compared to others. I think they are made of crusher run river gravel and some crushed granite. What type of blade should I be using?

As we all know river rock and granite can be very hard materials. The premier blade for this type along with almost any type of hard materials is the Super T-SEG. (turbo-segmented)
