Do you offer the little blades and cups?

You had mentioned in another thread about some small sized blades and diamond cups for grinders.

What kind of stuff do you have that would help with hardscapes, either grinding off corners, or making a paver perimeter cut smoother?

When my new site opens you will be able to see all that I carry in diamond tools. And yes, I do carry small diameter blades and grinding cups that are used to shape and form stone. I also have V-Crackchasers that will cut a groove into concrete for easy repair or just to add a little detail to the slab. Tuck Point blades for mortar removal and Core Bits for Coring .......

Your core bits - do you have an option to have a core-type bit that also grinds away everything within the outside perimeter of the cut?

We install 'In-lite' paver lights, and they require first uctting a 3/4" diam hole through the paver, then cutting approx 1/2" deep, 3" diam hole for the light to sit in. The wires are fed through the 3/4" hole. The cut of the paver looks like the sketch below.

Explain to me how you do this now and I will come up with a tool for this....I can have specialty tools made, if there is a demand for them.Do all installers use this procedure?

We use a high speed drill, with the bits pictured below.

The piece on the left - that's a bolt I had machined because, wouldn't you know it, they don't make the bits ready to use. You need a 1/2" threaded end, and the other end ground to fit a 1/2" drill (those are the only ones with the speed and torque to handle this).

The middle piece is the first bit you use, and this one you cut all the way through the paver. A lot like a core bit, this bit has thicker, heavier sides. But frankly, we use a regular masonry bit for this part.

The bit on the right is the important one. It measures 3" across, and you can see that it has 4 diamond segments at the perimeter, and 4 perpendicular diamond segments extending radially from the middle of the bit. The piece sticking out of the bottom is to guide you into the hole you made with the bit to the left. This bit is very heavy - probably more than a pound - the 1 1/2" shaft is solid.

For the 2 bit set, without the machined bolts, was just under $400, I believe.
