Steel skid steer tracks

I was looking on ebay at steel skid steer tracks. They seem pretty cheap compared to what I would have to pay at the dealer. What am I missing? Are OEM tracks that much better? what differentiates the two?

The fact that if they break you can take them back to the dealer and not ship them back (at least try too) to the guy who sold them half way across the continent.
