With the particular old house that I am working on, I am also going to see what Dynascape offers or doesn't offer regarding how the landscape can integrate with any building structural modifications without violating any Town rules about structural changes as I am not a building architect or landscape architect. The landscape could be best integrated with a new porch with column area and will be inquiring tomorrow from the Town on the matter and determine how far a rendering can be produced before licensed architectural renderings are needed.
