It's hard to say about the shirt thing. On the one hand, I can see the point if it is a remote site and it's really hot. The only real problem that you may run into...and we thought about it too.
What if an employee thinks a site is remote enough and you disagree? That opens up an issue.
What happens if you have an employee that is really hairy or really heavy or. has a potentially offensive tattoo, or....? I understand we can't all have beautiful bodies and I am certainly not one of those. All I am saying is that if there were an employee at any time you for some reason did not want to take their shirt off...how do you suddenly change the rules? You can't change it for one person.
I think when you make exceptions to the rules it just opens a can of worms.
Just one person's opinion. I'll be curious to see who else says what.
