You can submit it:
Add your URL to Google
Yahoo! Submit Your Site
Live Search URL Submission
That's the most straightforward way. But it's also probably the least effective, in terms of ranking.
Side note - why do you have a web search tool at the top of your site?
Some other unsolicited advice: site maps are for search engines, not users. The site map link should not be placed above any other sidebar tabs in your navigation. In fact, it shouldn't be there at all - put it in your footer.
Your code-to-content ratio could use some work (more words, less html declarations of font color). With the Microsoft product you used to build this site, do you have an option of an HTML or "code" view? Take a look at that and see if you can't trim out some of the redundant font and color code.
