There are a number of effective ways to maximize your trade show presence.

Brochures are pretty much expected - use a lot of pictures of your work.

Have some kind of handout with your company's name and contact info and website on it - try to come up with something both durable and useful to your prospects. Tote bags, maybe? Pens?

Here's a high-tech technique that can be ver-ry nice: take lots of photos, load them onto your lap-top and create a continuous slide-show of them. Have each photo show full-screen for a few seconds, then replace it with another, and another, and so on. Could even maybe follow a job from start to finish.

Business cards are also pretty much expected.

And of course, have someone very knowledgeable and friendly and full of smiles on hand at all times to do face-to-face pr. Do you have uniform shirts? Wear'em. And maybe also find a pretty smart young thing to get more attention - ideally, the boss's daughter who knows your business inside and out and loves talking with potential customers.

Can you craft some kind of display that portrays your business? Maybe a miniature fountain, or a plat of really thick, luxurious grass for visitors to run their hands through?

Hope this helps,
Dot
