We found the same. Except I dumped maintenance ASAP as it was just a pain. Compared to construction with its associated profit areas and retail, maintenance is a low margin headache. Needs lots of staff and everybody is always looking to scrape down the costs. Good to start with though as its a low capital seed required and regular money in backed by annual contracts (bank managers like that!!).
