Thanks Jwholden and Jeff. I was thinking the same thing when I first read the email. I'll email him back and see if he's willing to have a professional to drive by and have a look see, at a fee of course.

Anyone else have any experience in this area? I have a few ideas of what the problem may be.....I want to see what you guys think first.
