II have not been deducting 30 min for lunch for my six guys. Now I need to keep closer tabs on the working hours and lunch time hours. We have been using daily time sheets that they fill out but are looking at other options. Anybody ever used pocketclock for tracking? Do you take out for lunch? As I grow each year I know I will need something better then letting the employees write out there time.
