I see there's one on eBay for sale at the same price. Looks like it's made to look like the Stihl, but is certainly not a private label brand, so it's likely the parts are not interchangeable. Just in looking at the pics of that saw, it looks like there is no way to adjust the tension on the belt.
Pelican is right; finding parts for that saw will probably be impossible. Once it stops working for any reason, you pretty much have yourself a paper weight. I'd put that money toward a decent Partner/Husqvarna, Stihl or multibranded Makita-type saw, and stay away from the imports. Chinese imports, that is.
