Also consider this.. most landscape companies operate at about 85% to 80% labor efficency. Meaning you ahve to add more money to that on site hourly rate when doing T & M work.
1 hours work has to be charged at 1.15 hours to cover support time and costs. Need to raise the hourly rate if bidding outside the contract.
