I was thinking it was either that, or someone mortared brick together in the shape of a plant. Couldn't imagine why that would be worth saving.
As for your quandry, dirtman - that's a 100% aesthetic call, something that can't be determined by words on a page. If you're wondering how to save it, you may need a skidsteer to lift it in one piece, or something even bigger depending on the weight. But placement is in the eye of the beholder.
