The past two days, Ive spent some time on my two counties auditors web site pulling down contact info for commercial building owners with the intention of adding them to my monthly mailings. Im having a dilemma though.

For most small medical buildings, non corporate appartments, and small office/retail buildings, it seems to be rather straight forward as to who is the decision maker.

However, for the stand alone commercial facilities, im at a cross roads. Usually the owner on record is not listed as holding a position with the business and at times there are even oddly named LLCs owing the buildings.

My dilemma is this: do I mail to the building owner of record or search out the facilities manager at the company and mail to them? Im tempted to do both but that can get expensive over time. Thanks.
