You're going to need to trickle charge it like familyguy said. For a long time, at least overnight. Assuming it's a deep cycle battery. They just will not fully charge through a truck battery\charging sytem once run down.
If that doesn't work, get a new one. Batteries can go bad if they go completely dead too often.
