10 or 12 years ago I mowed a 3 acre field on a hot day with 30 mph swirly winds and half way through I realized that underlaying the whole thing was poison ivy. I was literally covered head to toe with a layer of shredded ivy and I didn't get a single bump. That was the day I learned that I was a lucky guy (in least in that one part of life). Of course after that every time there was poison ivy around my boss and coworker would pretend to do other things and I would have to cut the hedge or whatever myself. Nothing's free.
