What is the accepted placement for sprinklers next to a sidewalk. Most municipalities do not allow placement within 12" of sidewalk. If you put the sprinkler head 12" away from edge, do you just hope you get enough coverage from the sprinkler on the opposite side spraying toward the sidewalk to get that 12" area sufficiently irrigated?
