arrow Southeastern USA - Southern Winter Work

Hey guys!

I'm in South Carolina and I wanted to start a thread about typical work that can be done in the Southeastern USA in the winter

We usually have ZERO snow to plow/blow, no ice to deal with, and never have to worry about spreading salt or anything of that nature.

Here are a few ideas I've had:

Cleaning siding/eaves with Zinsser
Pressure Washing
Thatching?

any suggestions, ideas, or experiences in the South in the Winter?

many thanks,
ash
