Thanks for the responses. I have been out a couple times just as I was passing on my hands and knees looking for germination but I have yet to see any. I know for a fact they have not been watering but I will get on that as they just had an irrigation system put in.

We began with an average spring... it wasnt unusually warm, maybe a tad on the cool side. I know the soil is still somewhat cold. I tried to explain that it will take time, especially with the soil still warming but the man didnt want to hear much of that as he cut me off mid sentence. I dont remember exactly what was put down but it was purely a bluegrass seed... no rye (which i now somewhat regret).

If they water on a daily basis, what sort of timefarme should we be looking at?
