Viburnum Borer?

How common is Viburnum Borer?

Found in the Midwest?

Treatment effective?

A pest of all Viburnum, or only select species, like High-Bush Cranberry?

It's different from Viburnum Beetle, which I remember reading in American Nurseryman was a problem out East, working its way West?

I'm consulting a client on a tree-care contract, and this pest was new to me. Always thought High-Bush Cranberry self-destructed due to poor pruning, and trunk rot, but maybe its borers...
